Tournament Volunteers

VOLUNTEERS are always needed. These events can only happen with the help and hard work of the volunteers. Everyone at these events are there to give the best experience to the kids and spectators.

GENERAL TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

Important Information:

  • Refer to the Field Map for layout of Fields, Parking, etc.
    • U11 Playoff games are all on Field 3
  • Refer to the Maps for Parking Information (Please Follow Parking attendant directions and guidance once at either complex.)
  • Refer to the Important FAQ's for more detailed information regarding food, parking, bathrooms (marked with yellow triangles on the map), medical, rain, etc. about the Tournament
  • Goal with Banner and SYSL Cup Trophy will be available for team photos
  • Vendors – we will have food for sale next to the information tent

Coaches / Parents Arrival and Departure Information:

  • Morning arrival is 8:30am for 9:00am game start. In general plan to arrive at least a half hour prior to your first scheduled game time.
  • PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME to get to the fields due to the fact that there may be traffic on a Saturday getting to the fields.
  • Set up times for the tournament are 6:30am – 8:30am
  • Cleanup begins as soon as possible on fields that are finished with Departure by 4:00pm
